Number 200 – Short and Sweet

Wow! I don’t usually look at my count, because I don’t post every day. After all, it’s called Diaryland, but mine is not a diary so much as a place to store my stuff. And it’s taken me almost a year and a half to get this far.

But there is something special about this “milestone,” because I’ve just become a Gold member, thanks to the thoughtful generosity of Dichroic.

I’ve been reading her journal for a while now, and it’s well worth reading. As a matter of fact, Bosslawyer hasn’t been very busy lately, and I spent a pleasant afternoon recently in Dichroic’s archives.

For me, the best thing about Diaryland, of course, is the opportunity to write and have someone look at it once in a while. But a very close second is access to the writings of people who are different from me – a lot or a little – and who continually give me new insights.

So, while I try to percolate something for tomorrow (or maybe the next day), take a stroll around my buddy list. But start with Dichroic!
